XEUS operates through a controlled Los Angeles lab model, where every athlete goes through a private one-on-one session using a proprietary calibration protocol, specialized equipment, and trained performance specialists.

Each build begins with a high-resolution 3D oral scan and neuromuscular calibration to identify the athlete’s balanced functional jaw position, then moves into proprietary AI-assisted 3D product design that locks that position into a repeatable performance build.

The final piece is produced in a new-generation FDA-cleared medical-grade polymer selected because it meets the four requirements earlier devices could not — calibrated hardness, geometry retention under repeated load, biocompatibility, and micron-level 3D printing precision.
